Our Regular and Once-Off Clean service focuses on high-traffic areas of your home to help maintain a tidy, hygienic living environment. You’re welcome to discuss priorities with your cleaner before the session begins.

What's included:

  • Furniture dusted

  • General straightening (beds made, surfaces cleared)

  • Floors vacuumed and mopped

  • Mirrors cleaned

  • Internal windows cleaned (on request – allow extra time)

  • Skirting boards cleaned (on request – allow extra time)

  • Rubbish bins emptied and relined

🚿 Bathrooms:

  • Vanity and sink cleaned

  • Fixtures, shower and bathtub cleaned

  • Toilets cleaned and sanitised

  • Cabinet exteriors wiped

  • Bin emptied and liner replaced

🍽️ Kitchen:

  • Benchtops and splashbacks wiped

  • Appliance exteriors cleaned

  • Sink and tapware cleaned

  • Cabinet exteriors wiped

  • Microwave interior cleaned (on request)

  • Dining table and chairs dusted

  • Bin emptied and liner replaced

Our Deep Clean service includes everything from our Regular Clean, with the addition of more thorough detailing — perfect for moving out or giving your home a top-to-bottom reset.

  • Light dusting of blinds (on request)

  • Spot wiping of walls (on request)

⚠️ Limitations & Exclusions

While we strive for thoroughness, our cleaners cannot perform the following:

  • Lift or move heavy items (over 10kg)

  • Use ladders higher than 2 steps

  • Clean external windows

  • Clean ceilings, heating ducts, or light fittings

  • Remove deep stains, pet waste, or biohazards

  • Steam clean carpets or provide pest control

  • Operate your washing machine or dryer

  • Clean garages, patios, or outdoor areas

  • Handle fragile ornaments or BBQs

  • Perform landscaping or rubbish removal
