Service Description
Turn every stay into a five-star experience – spotless, seamless, stress-free Turnover Cleaning: Kitchen: Wipe counters, clean sinks, sanitize appliances, and remove trash. Bathrooms: Scrub and disinfect toilets, sinks, and showers. Replace toiletries. Living Areas: Dust, vacuum, and arrange furniture for a polished look. Bedrooms: Dust, vacuum, and make beds with fresh linens. Linen Services: Laundering, ironing, and replacing bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels. On-site storage or replenishment of linens (optional). Replenishment of Essentials (provided by the host): Toiletries, paper products, and other guest supplies. Monitoring inventory and notifying hosts when restocking is needed. Inspection and Reporting: Identify and report damages or maintenance needs. Notify host of missing or broken items. Staging for Guests: Arrange furniture, decor, and lighting for an inviting atmosphere.




Cancellation Policy
Please note that Scrubd Abode reserves the right to charge the full amount of your quoted or invoiced price if cancellation notice is provided less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled cleaning service. All bookings are carefully priced and planned according to a strict time schedule. It is therefore essential that our staff have access to the property at the agreed time. The service time begins at the scheduled start time and cannot be adjusted under any circumstances. If our staff are unable to access the property at the scheduled time, they will attempt to contact you and will wait up to 15 minutes from their arrival. If we are unable to reach you within this time frame, the cleaning service will be deemed canceled, and the full cancellation fee (quoted amount) will apply. By booking with Scrubd Abode, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
